This is a 2.8 mile obstacle course run. There will be a total of 9 obstacles spanning the 2.8 mile course in the Lower Allen Township Park. Individual runners only will compete in this timed event. The top 40 runners to cross the finish line will receive a one of a kind award. Awards vary at every event. All participants will receive a one of a kind race T-shirt.

The person who breaks the current course record of 15 min 12 sec, will receive $50.00
All Racers must sign a race waiver the morning of the event before they will be able to compete. All racers who do not sign the waiver will not be allowed to compete and no refunds will be given. Race waivers can be downloaded from this site and brought to race check-in in order to speed up the check-in process.

When starting this course racers will line up just west of the main parking area. Follow the gravel road down and around the swamp pond. After reaching the other side of the pond trail racers will hit obstacle#1, the Low Crawl. Racers must crawl under the wires for about 20 feet. Coming out of the low crawl follow the creek side trail East where you will encounter Obstacle #2 the Spider Web. Make your way through the rope and bungee web by crawling or stepping through the rope course. Continue East along the creek to the boat ramp to obstacle #3 the Creek Run. Racers will run through the creek fr about 50 yards. Racers will climb out of the creek up a mud covered hill. Continue East along the creek trail that will eventually lead you out to the soccer fields heading West again to obstacle #4 the Dark Low Crawl. After the dark low crawl, racers will encounter our new "Larger" Wood Wall, obstacle #5. This will bean 8 to 9 foot high wall wide enough to fit 3 to four racers at a time over. Once this wall is completed, racers will continue East up the paved trail to the far end o the field to obstacle #6, the low crawl. After this Low Crawl, racers will continue south to the wooded trail eventully heading West again where they will encounter obstacle #7, the Hurdles. There will also be a self serve water station located here. Continue through the hurdles to obstacle #8, the Sand Bag Carry and Hill Repeats. This will be a longer course to carry the sand bags through than our May event. Racers will carry 20lb sand bags through the entire hill repeat area. Once you reach the finish, you will double back to the start and drop off the sand bag where you got it from. Continue across the road to the finish area where you will encounter the final and #9th obstacle, the Fence Wall Climb. After this final obstacle racers will cross the finish line. The top 40 racers to cross will receive an award!
The Yellow "P" indicates vehicle parking during the day of the race. Race day registration will be located at the Finish line the morning of the event. The Blue "W" are water stops along the way. There will only be two "Self Serve" water stops located at about the 1/4 and 1/2 way mark during the race. There will be water some food at the Finish line. The Black "R" indicates morning registration.
